How lovely it is to be able to go out in the garden wearing only a tee-shirt!
This week we should have dry days to begin with, with easterly winds and 13 to 15 degree temperatures. From Wednesday the wind will change to north-east, still dry but getting cooler. By Friday it may be down to only 8 degrees. So keep that fleece handy for protecting your tender plants when it gets cold again.
Our broad beans and peas are coming away nicely so we will have to think about putting up their netting support soon. We are starting to harden off the brassicas, Dahlias and Pelargoniums ready to put them outside.
Still catching up with weeding and mulching the flower border and planting Gladioli tubers. Being a dry week, the hoe will be going around the garden with me attached to the other end! We have a lot of Chickweed coming up so that will have to be dealt with as well, again by handweeding.
Loving this time of year, listening to the hum of the Bumble Bees and the birdsong.
