Hire Charges


Regular hires or hire by locals  £10.00 per hour*

Other hires £12.50 per hour*

*reduced rates for bookings of 4 hours or longer


Childrens Parties £40.00**
Day or evening £75.00**
All day & evening  £100.00**
Weddings/ all weekend £200.00**

**includes use of crockery, glasses etc and extra time for setting up/ tidying up, as available

Charity/fundraising events £40
Wet weather bookings £10 (£10/hr if required to be used)

Concessions for youth groups and fundraising events may apply at the committee’s discretion. Please ask.

Our Terms and Cancellation
One-off bookings are confirmed on full payment of the fee – the confirmation email will be the receipt. A full refund will be made if the booking is cancelled more than one month from the hire date. No refund will be made for a cancellation within one month of the hire date unless the hall can be rehired on that day (or the committee decides that it is appropriate in the particular circumstances).

Regular classes are invoiced one month in arrears, requiring payment of the invoice within 14 days. Waiver of payment for cancelled classes will be at the discretion of the committee.

Hall Capacity

The maximum main hall capacities are: Dancing only – 128, Seated at tables – 90, Combination of above – 109, Closely seated – 104.
The kitchen is comfortable for groups of up to 20.
