All are welcome to attend these classes
Brigid held the first of five APPI method Pilates on Tuesday at 5.30 pm and NiA dance class on Wed at 7pm. Both were greatly enjoyed by those who attended.
For these classes to continue we need people to support them.
Anyone wishing to join the classes can still do so next week.
